You’ve poured love and effort into planning your event, now it’s time to hand everything over and soak in every moment, stress-free. Our Coordination Package is designed for couples who have the details covered but want peace of mind knowing a professional team will bring it all to life flawlessly. Starting 1 month before your event, we step in to make sure every detail is executed exactly as you envisioned. We can also provide any missing vendor recommendations from our preferred vendor list to fill any gaps. From managing timelines and communicating with vendors to cueing your wedding party and overseeing setup, we take care of it all so you don’t have to lift a finger.

• Beginning one month before your wedding, we step in to organize, confirm, and manage every moving piece. We'll review all of your plans, connect with your vendors, finalize your timeline, and ensure everyone is working together so your day unfolds exactly as you've envisioned. If you're still missing any vendors, we're happy to recommend trusted professionals from our preferred vendor network.
• On your wedding day, we're the first to arrive and the last to leave—overseeing every detail so you, your family, and your guests can simply celebrate.

• Up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination
• Dedicated lead wedding coordinator
• One month of pre-wedding coordination
• Initial coordination meeting and final planning consultation

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (when applicable)

• Ceremony cueing and coordination
• Setup of personal décor, signage, favors, guest book, seating chart, and other client-provided items
• Coordination of vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown
• Reception timeline management, including grand entrance, first dance, speeches, cake cutting, and special dances
• Assistance with guest and vendor questions throughout the event
• Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors (if provided)
